Job description

Job Requirements
This position is responsible for ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and company profitability through customer consultation, technician leadership, service sales and coordination.
Work Experience
  • Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience working with mechanical and/or control systems required.
  • At least 3 years' supervisory experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building sub-systems required.
  • Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON, BacNet, etc) preferred.Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
