How you create impact
As an Logistics Coordinator you will coordinate and plan the customer orders /Shipments accordingly to agreed upon scope, in addition, to all the customer inquiriesregarding visibility and status of the shipments, answering questions and addressingany potential issues that may arise. Utilizing your strong forwarding & customerservice knowledge, you will provide front line support for our customer to ensurecustomer satisfaction with our services and features in alignment of the processesbased on the Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, both at the customers site and across the IL organization.
  • Coordinate Transport Services for customer orders, using transport management systems.
  • Handle manual order entries.
  • Show ownership within the area of responsibility and execute tasks with expected level of productivity & performance
  • Contribute to continues improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to existing Kuehne+Nagel Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions following the business process mapping.
  • Daily execution of the in-scope services, committing to first class level of respective services (order fulfilment, Transport Management, Request and Deviation Management, Visibility and Monitoring, Claims Processing)
  • Receive & respond in time to requests from relevant stakeholders (such as customer requests)
  • Adheres to and complies with all health & safety, quality, security, environmental, legal and regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality audits related to general and client-specific quality programs.

What we would like you to bring
  • 1-3 years of working experience in Logistics and / or customer service sector
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge & understanding of Logisitics
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Interest to work with transport management systems or warehouse management systems
  • Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details with a systematic and methodical approach to your work
  • Ability of multi-tasking and dealing with different internal / external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good Communication and organizational skills
