Logistics & Customer Service Specialist
Position Purpose
Working with customers and GBS to ensure proper support with selling of finished goods (FG). Fulfills customers and markets requirements through assisting in enquiries, co-ordination of shipments, maintenance of good working relationships, monitoring of new product developments, minimization of write-offs etc. Supports all transport coordination and logistics activities in line with company's requirements, processes & policies.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a bridge between factory and customers/GBS and related internal and external departments for all issues, open points, not clear situations etc. to ensure that all parties involved are aware of priorities and do all possible to meet market demands. Ensure no Out of Stock situations and meeting targeted Days of Inventory Oustanding (DIO) for each market.
  • Transport order and logistics coordination for all inbound and outbound shipments. Communication with transporters, suppliers and other JTI companies. Responsible for creating, processing and monitoring transports using SAP TM. Check incoming invoices for transportation and additional costs, manage blocked invoices.
  • Ensure that all contracts and shipping documents requirements are clear for all customers, coordinate documents preparation for each shipment with respective functions. Ensure with markets that tax stamps are available for production, ensure with the factory departments that all tax stamps related processes are followed in line with markets' legislation.
  • Responsible for monthly and weekly forecast planning for transportation. Supports in optimizing the logistics processes. Participating in projects related to logistics exellence.
  • Take full accountability of the safety measure in maintaining ZERO LTI in the factory as well as performing the tasks in a safe and good environment manner. Ensure full compliance with JTI Code of Conduct, EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidelines, internal regulations and work performance instructions, ISO requirements, 5S3R principles.

Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in economics, logistics.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in dealing with clients in export oriented environment: international trade or planning, experience in supply chain mangement would be an added advantage.
  • Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and practical experience working with SAP systems.
