**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week worked from our corporate office in Boulder, CO**

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To serve as a key member of the Logistics team, responsible for the day to day execution of the logistics functions, advocating for dealers and customers while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely management of product movement.


TOP PRIORITY FUNCTIONS - Not limited to the following

  • Order entry processing and logistical fulfillment for both domestic and international orders
  • Dealer & internal customer support regarding orders, logistics, concerns regarding shipments, etc.
  • Execution of daily reporting
  • Communication for international supply chain activities between factories, logistics providers, and customer orders
  • Identify client requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and others
  • Provide inventory updates to internal teams and external partners-
  • Audit freight shipping charges
  • Ensure data integrity in CRM
  • Submit shipping claims with supporting documents
  • Facilitate backorder processing to prioritized customers

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  • Periodically, as needed, support customer service by answering phone calls to capture initial intake information and setting expectations for customer service timelines and process

WORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS:

PAY CLASS & RANGE:
