$20.00 – $22.00 / hour | 3–4 Month Contract | Immediate Start

  • Contract Length: This is a temporary role with an estimated duration of 3 to 4 months.
  • Pay Rate: Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. This range is firm and non-negotiable.
  • Immediate Availability: You must be available to begin on-site immediately following your interview. No transition period is available.

JOB SUMMARY
We are recruiting for a global manufacturer of specialty industrial and commercial equipment, with products operating at customer sites in more than 80 countries. The manufacturing and shipping facility in Arvada, CO supports a fast-paced production environment serving commercial and industrial clients worldwide.

We are searching for a dependable Logistics Associate to support our Shipping department on a temporary basis. In this role, you will monitor inventory, load and unload shipments, pick and pack orders, and help prepare finished equipment for delivery — keeping our production and fulfillment operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, operates safely, and is ready to contribute from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs or shortages to ensure proper stock is maintained to support build and repair activities
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
  • Pick, pull, and pack according to sales orders
  • Wrap and package machines and equipment for delivery
  • Manage Kanban system in assigned area(s) of responsibility
  • Build pallets and crates to meet order-specific requirements
  • Operate hand and power tools including saws, pneumatic nail guns, impact guns, drills, heat guns, and tape measures
  • Ability to work safely outdoors year-round regardless of weather conditions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and shipping/order documents in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must adhere to all safety policies and regulations; ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must be available to begin on-site immediately following the interview

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–4 years of experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Knowledge of reverse logistics processes
  • Experience handling vendor relationships
  • Forklift certified — or ability to obtain certification
  • Experience with SAP or Lotus Notes

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • On-site position at our manufacturing facility in Arvada, CO — not remote eligible
  • Active warehouse and production floor environment; noisy conditions; exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures year-round
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, stoop, crouch, climb, and use hands to grip regularly
  • Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Temporary assignment: estimated 3–4 months
