The Terminal Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, safety, and strong team performance. This role is responsible for managing staff, meeting company metrics, and maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
Operations & Performance
  • Manage daily operations, budgets, and overall location performance
  • Ensure company metrics (QOS, TDI, etc.) are met
  • Handle service, safety, and customer-related issues

Team Leadership
  • Train, develop, and manage warehouse and office staff
  • Oversee scheduling, timecards, and staffing needs
  • Support recruiting and man

Delivery & Compliance
  • Ensure DOT and safety compliance
  • Monitor fleet data and delivery performance
  • Conduct field audits and enforce safety standards

Inventory & Customer Service
  • Maintain accurate inventory and manage installation parts
  • Oversee routing, delivery assignments, and customer communication

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of related experience (logistics, operations, or leadership)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Valid driver's license required
  • High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Must pass background and drug screening
