Northrop Grumman is seeking a Logistics Systems Engineer with the ability to obtain a security clearance to work with our Specialty Engineering Team out of Woodland Hills, CA. The successful candidate will be collaborative, open, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment & shared responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and a culture of automation.

This is an exciting, challenging and specialized role for a talented, energized and innovative individual who wants to pursue growth in Integrated Logistics and Obsolescence Engineering. This is fully onsite position located in Woodland Hills, CA working a 9/80 schedule. What You'll get to Do: Support the endtoend management of component and product obsolescence across our product lines.

This role focuses on proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and crossfunctional coordination to ensure product continuity and costeffective solutions for legacy and new designs. Support logistics engineering activities and assist as a technical resource from a program's concept and proposal phases through development, test, production, and post-production support phases. Provide obsolescence analysis support Generate DMSMS Health Reports necessary to meet customer requirements Solve complex obsolescence challenges in support of development and sustainment programs Be an engaged and versatile team member of the Integrated Logistics Support team seeking to continuously improve upon existing practices.

Utilize engineering background, analytical skills, and knowledge of a wide array of industry tools to conduct DMSMS analysis and provide status to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) on a regular basis. This position is contingent on program award. Basic Qualifications Logistics Systems Engineer: Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in components engineering, DMSMS, Logistics, design or other related engineering field; Master's degree plus 0+ years of experience in components engineering, DMSMS, Logistics, design or other related engineering field Familiarity with obsolescence or Diminishing Manufacturing Source and Material Shortages (DMSMS) PC mastery with Microsoft Windows Office Products, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

U.S. Citizenship is required The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance is required Ability to work full-time onsite at the Woodland Hills, CA facility Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings, parts lists, and component data sheets Experience using Silicon Expert, IHS (formerly Accuris), Supplyframe, and GIDEP tools

Experience in military maintenance and sustainment support. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (i.e. Teamcenter) and Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems (i.e., SAP) Experience with Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) processes in support of obsolescence planning Demonstrated excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation skills Self-starter capable of performing assigned tasks with some direction

Familiarity with SD-22 DMSMS Guidebook, SAE STD-0016, other industry standards. Possess active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $103,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
