Job description

Job Summary:
Prorec Resource Solutions, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Systems Manager to oversee the operation of supply chain and logistics systems. The role involves managing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and training users on system functionalities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own and administer day-to-day operation of supply chain and logistics systems
โ€ข Own and maintain system configuration for Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Oracle Warehouse Management, Oracle Warehouse Workforce Management, Oracle Transportation Management, and Oracle Fleet Management
โ€ข Define, maintain, and enforce business rules for inventory movements, picking, packing, shipping, routing, and delivery execution
โ€ข Independently troubleshoot functional, data, and configuration issues impacting warehouse and transportation workflows, including issues originating from upstream modules, integrations, extensions, or platform components
โ€ข Diagnose and coordinate resolution of cross-module, integration, and data flow issues in partnership with the ERP Manager
โ€ข Support live operational issues impacting warehouse or transportation execution, including time-sensitive fulfillment disruptions
โ€ข Plan and conduct quarterly testing of enterprise resource planning releases impacting inventory, warehouse, and transportation workflows
โ€ข Lead user acceptance testing and formally approve supply-chain-related system changes prior to production deployment
โ€ข Coordinate defect resolution, enhancements, and configuration changes related to supply chain and logistics systems
โ€ข Train warehouse, transportation, and operations users on system functionality, enhancements, and process changes
โ€ข Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and standard operating procedures
โ€ข Coordinate release-related communications and end-user training activities
โ€ข Maintain system configuration documentation, test results, change history, and issue resolution records
โ€ข Serve as the primary escalation point for supply chain and logistics system issues impacting operations
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and transportation operations
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to administer and configure supply chain and logistics systems
โ€ข Strong troubleshooting skills across system configuration, data issues, and cross-system dependencies
โ€ข Ability to analyze issues that span multiple systems and identify root cause
โ€ข Knowledge of Agile practices including backlog management and iterative delivery
โ€ข Knowledge of project management practices including requirements tracking, testing coordination, and release planning
โ€ข Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or Information Systems
โ€ข Advanced experience supporting or administering warehouse, logistics, or supply chain systems
โ€ข Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems or transportation management systems
โ€ข Experience supporting live operational environments and time-sensitive issue resolution
โ€ข Experience leading user acceptance testing and end-user training activities
โ€ข Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory, Warehouse Management, or Transportation Management certifications preferred
โ€ข Supply chain or logistics certifications a plus
