This role is at the heart of our warehouse technology ecosystem, providing hands-on production support, continuous improvement delivery, and cross-functional partnership across Manhattan Associates WMOS, Lucas Voice Picking, Dematic WCS, and integrated parcel carrier systems.

About the Role

You'll be a key member of our Logistics Systems team, serving as a technical expert across our WMS environment — diagnosing and resolving production issues, writing SQL to investigate system behavior, configuring and testing new capabilities, and partnering with software vendors to deliver solutions. This is a hands-on role that blends deep technical skill with strong communication and business partnership. You'll support a two-shift, seven-day-a-week distribution operation and participate in an on-call rotation, so a bias toward urgency and clear, timely communication is essential.

  • Timely and effective communication to operations team, technology team, and leadership team of production issue severity, resolution and root cause
  • Elicit requirements, analyze, design, write requirements, define test cases, configure, and test capabilities in Manhattan Associates WMOS, Lucas Voice Picking, Dematic WCS, and other logistics systems to support continuous improvement initiatives, process/layout changes, and business requirements within the Distribution Center
