Job description

We are seeking Business Systems Analyst SMEs (2) to join our team to provide mission-critical analyst support on USAF logistics/supply systems in a Program Management Office (PMO) environment. The candidates will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) team members and provide tracking and completion of taskers and ad-hoc requests. The SMEs will also track and manage all compliance efforts to include FIAR, Financial Management Improvement Act (FMIA), Federal Financial Management System Requirements (FFMSR), and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM). Candidate will be part of the broader PMO team consisting of Government personnel, SME Team, developer/sustainer/system integrator, and other support contractors.
Responsibilities:
  • Track taskers on ADIS or CIDS to provide status to the PMO and upon request to management and other stakeholders outside of the PMO.
  • Support the completion of taskers on ADIS or CIDS in coordination with the PMO and necessary stakeholders IAW the due dates.
  • Provide expertise in tracking compliance efforts and reporting them to the PMO and upon request to management and other stakeholders outside of the PMO.
  • Support the management and coordination of all compliance efforts with respect to what is required to become compliant and maintain compliance as well as obtaining necessary waivers.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Possess or successfully complete a T1 Public Trust background check or higher.
  • 3 years of technical experience with ADIS, CIDS or comparable systems.
  • 3 years of functional with ADIS, CIDS or comparable systems.
  • Good working knowledge tracking and completing project taskers in ADIS, CIDS, or comparable systems.
  • Good working knowledge tracking and managing compliance efforts in ADIS, CIDS, or comparable systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with Customers as well as other delivery teams involved in the problem resolution process.
  • Working knowledge of AF Logistics systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work in a high stress and changing environment.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Expert knowledge tracking and completing of PMO taskers in ADIS, CIDS, or comparable systems.
  • Expert knowledge tracking and management compliance efforts in ADIS, CIDS, or comparable systems.
  • Familiarity with AF Logistics systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools.
