About Us:
Capital Vacations is a leading timeshare company dedicated to providing unforgettable vacation experiences for our valued customers. We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Confirmer - Mini Vacation Travel Coordinator. This role plays a key part in ensuring our customers have seamless travel arrangements for their mini vacations and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Job Summary:
As a Confirmer, you will be responsible for calling and confirming travel details for customers who have booked mini vacations through our timeshare program. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all travel plans are accurate, complete, and aligned with the customer's preferences. You will work closely with our customers, travel partners, and internal teams to guarantee a smooth booking and travel experience.
schedule- Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm, plus one Saturday per month, 9:00am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Call and Confirm Travel Plans: Contact customers who have booked mini vacations to confirm travel dates, accommodation details, and any special requests or needs.
  • Provide Travel Information: Answer customer questions related to their travel itinerary, available amenities, and travel logistics. Provide clear and accurate information on all aspects of their vacation.
  • Verify Booking Accuracy: Ensure all travel details, including dates, locations, accommodations, and additional services, are accurate and match the customer's booking.
  • Handle Special Requests: Assist customers in making adjustments to their travel plans if needed, including requests for upgrades, special accommodations, or transportation services.
  • Coordinate with Travel Partners: Work closely with third-party travel providers, resorts, and other vendors to ensure all arrangements are confirmed and ready for the customer's arrival.
  • Follow Up on Pending Issues: Address any outstanding issues related to bookings and follow up on confirmations until all details are resolved.
  • Document Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and booking confirmations in our CRM system.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Be the friendly and professional point of contact for customers, ensuring that each interaction is positive and stress-free.
  • Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established performance metrics such as call volume, accuracy, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, travel coordination, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of phone calls efficiently.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and basic office applications.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations and timeshare programs is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
