Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Description: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of delivery routes to community business partners.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Community Relations Manager with logistical planning.
• Plans, develop, and organize regional logistics for product delivery
• Organizes community outreach programs that target local businesses and community partnerships.
• Drive commercial sales through community partnerships.
• Build regional community contacts to expand community outreach.
• Manage contact list for regional businesses and review as needed to be able to maximize profitability.
• Monitor online guest and commercial customer problems to ensure a high level of response time and problem resolutions.
• Monitor schedules for delivery and order fulfillment to be sure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate delivery for online orders and business orders made both online or over the phone.
• Work with merchandisers to fulfill the "endless aisle" needs of both our online and commercial guests, facilitates delivering more than expected guest service by searching for specially requested products.
• Work with Support Center Outside Sales team to transition new local business sales to store-level operations, ensures a smooth transition occurs for the new business by walking them through their first order and promoting exceptional customer service through delivery and order fulfillment.
• Monitor online guest and commercial customer problems to ensure a high level of response time and proper problem resolutions
• Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
• The job will operate in a professional environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines. This role will require some delivering of products.
Qualifications:
• HS Diploma
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Must be an excellent communicator and speaker both online in written interactions, and face-to-face guest service interactions
• Basic mathematical ability (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to count.
• Able to give/receive complex verbal instructions/descriptions to/from supervisors/co-workers/employees concerning store/department policy/procedures and use of equipment.
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Effective and articulate communication skills, comfortable with up selling to customers and Business to Business marketing.
• Have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• The ability to read and write English; able to read instructions, merchandise labels, warehouse order codes, numbers, reports, printed paper invoices, and order forms.
• Make judgments concerning the placement of merchandise on the case/shelf/display, case opening procedures, the extent of unsalable product damage, conversation with customers, selling of the product, display of product, use of packaging materials for product, quality of the product for display and ordering of merchandise.
