Job Description

The Project Manager oversees and manages construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role coordinates closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, with a strong focus on mechanical and commercial construction projects, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, or sheet metal services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through closeout.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals, schedules, and expectations.
  • Plan, organize, and control project activities to ensure completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Oversee commercial construction projects, including those valued at $1 million or more.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with project objectives.
  • Direct and coordinate project teams, providing clear leadership, guidance, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and interpret project designs and specifications to ensure accurate execution in the field.
  • Handle project coordination activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
  • Prepare, review, and manage change orders, ensuring proper documentation, pricing, and client approvals.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Essential Skills
