The Opportunity:
As a logistics project manager, you use your functional experience to provide our clients with big-picture strategic ideas rooted in technical and data-driven solutions that will help propel them into the future and ensure military and maritime dominance.
You will support a dynamic team to coordinate the execution of technical projects involving supply chain, industrial base, and logistics concerns for a Navy organization. You will develop project management deliverables to include plans of actions and milestones (POA&Ms) and interface with senior leadership on challenges surrounding delivery, to include risk mitigation and remediation efforts. You will lead cross-functional efforts with a range of stakeholders to ensure requirements definition and execution for a range of problem-sets.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience with logistics policy, supply chain or process improvement planning, and project management
  • 3+ years of experience as an action officer for senior leadership within a Navy organization such as a program office, PEO, or HQ-level organization
  • Experience with analyzing engineering drawings, tech manuals, logistics, and industrial data, and translating them to non-technical deliverables for senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Log IT
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with program management of major ACAT programs
  • Experience in systems or industrial engineering
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • PMP or DAWIA Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
