Overview
Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.

Providing intelligence, IT, cyber security, training, logistics, administrative, acquisition, and background investigation services.
Summary:
Serves as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
  • Shall develop a project plan to accomplish the requirements to include, but not limited to, the deployment phases: Initiation, Site Survey, Implementation, Post- Installation and Sustainment. Project plans will also be developed for specific tasks assigned by the Government.
  • Shall conduct In-Process Reviews (IPRs) as needed and provide information regarding contract status. IPRs shall provide for an interchange between the Government and contractor during the execution of the task order (e.g., review of the system design, reviewing the results of functional testing, etc.).
  • Manage all phases of the telecommunications installation support project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for DLA stakeholders, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of telecommunications infrastructure to support mission-critical operations.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant telecommunications standards and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Must have experience with the following programs of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project Management
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and maintain tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience
  • Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.)
  • Minimum five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields
  • Must possess IT-III security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with written Inquiries (NACI) at time of proposal submission

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
