Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch, located in Anaheim, CA is one of the world’s leading providers of Search & Rescue (SAR) and Human External Cargo (HEC) advanced mission equipment for civil, commercial, and military helicopters.


Position Overview


Location: Anaheim, CA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 per year


The Manufacturing Logistics Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing daily logistics operations including receiving, stockroom management, inventory control, and shipping activities. This position is responsible for leading a team of logistics personnel while ensuring that materials and products move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout the manufacturing operations area . The supervisor ensures operational processes align with company objectives, quality standards, and customer delivery expectations.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead logistics team by driving performance and operational excellence.
  • Execute strategic priorities with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on efficiency.
  • Lead your team to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly delivery targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while ensuring compliance with SOPs and QMS.
  • Investigate and resolve process deviations, implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a skills training plan, ensuring your team remains at the forefront of industry standards.
  • Provide coaching and leadership development for team leads, empowering them to succeed.
  • Build a collaborative, high-performance culture that puts the customer first.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and accountability.
  • Knowledge of management approaches, including scheduling, prioritization, and process execution.
