HYBRID: onsite 3 / remote 2 

Hybrid - In office Tue & Wed (sometimes Thursday)Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 1 Hour Lunch


Overview

NOTE: This is NOT a warehouse environment. It is in an office setting so please submit candidates who have previous experience in offices and not warehouse. This location is the headquarters for CLIENT in North America so candidates need have experience in this type of environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent logistics experience. (Required). HM will not consider candidates with less than a Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics operations, inventory control, warehouse support, or SAP transaction‑based roles.
  • Strong SAP or ERP transaction experience required.
  • Hands-on transactional work in SAPS/4HANA experience strongly preferred.
  • Logistics + technical balance.
  • Need front-office/logistics coordination exposure.
  • Candidate should understand both Warehouse operations AND System/transactional processes.
  • End-to-end understanding.
  • Experience with inventory reconciliation, warehouse operations, and logistics execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • “Plug-and-play” capability. Candidates should be 80% ready with minimal training required.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute SAP S/4HANA logistics transactions, including stock transport orders (STOs), shipments, postings, and inventory movements.
  • Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations for third‑party warehouses, including bulk, package, and ISO inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; execute SAP inventory adjustments and support root‑cause analysis.
  • Support cycle counts, physical inventories, write‑offs, disposals, and shipment cutoff activities.
  • Provide operational support to CLIENT and third‑party warehouses, including batch corrections, returns processing, and issue resolution.
  • Provide coverage for the RTP Logistics group mailbox and respond to operational inquiries.
  • Support export shipment postings, transportation system uploads (e.g., Exotrac), and short‑term exports activities as required.
  • Provide project and ad‑hoc operational support during system stabilization or peak workload periods.
