Job description

This role helps keep distribution center operations running smoothly by coordinating logistics activities, supporting customers and vendors, and ensuring accurate administrative and operational processes. In this role, you will support a variety of logistics and distribution activities, including shipment coordination, carrier scheduling, returns processing, shipment tracking, and customer service issue resolution. Working closely with internal teams, carriers, vendors, and customers, this position helps ensure timely deliveries and a positive customer experience. We look for individuals who enjoy solving problems, analyzing data, and identifying process improvements. We succeed when communication is clear, orders are accurate, and customer expectations are consistently met.
Here's what we're looking for:
  • A completed High school education is required; preferred education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in distribution operations, logistics coordination, customer service, inventory control, or administrative support
  • Experience supporting shipping, receiving, transportation, or warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve freight, delivery, and order-related issues professionally
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and recordkeeping practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other systems used for reporting, order management, and shipment tracking
  • Ability to analyze operational data, investigate discrepancies, and support root cause resolution efforts
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
