THE JOB
Allianz Amphitheater is seeking Operations Crew Members to support venue setup, show-day logistics, and post-event breakdown. This role is essential to ensuring the venue is safe, functional, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest and artist experience. This is a part-time, seasonal position.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Execute venue setup and breakdown, including barricade, bike rack, tables, signage, and equipment placement
  • Support stage and backstage operational needs as directed
  • Assist with lawn preparation, seating layouts, and premium area configurations
  • Load, move, and store venue equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor venue conditions throughout the event and respond to operational needs
  • Support weather response protocols and safety procedures
  • Assist with post-show reset to prepare for the next event
  • Maintain equipment organization and storage areas
  • Follow all safety guidelines and communicate operational issues promptly

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Experience in event operations, stagehand work, or general labor preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
  • Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Clear communication skills and team-first mentality
