Job Summary
THIS ROLE WILL PLAY A CRITICAL PART IN SUPPORTING DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS, MANAGING REGIONAL SALES PERFORMANCE, COORDINATING LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS, EXECUTING STRATEGIC INITIATIVES TO DRIVE GROWTH AND EFFICIENCY, MANAGING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS (ESPECIALLY WITH RETAIL AND DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS), AND SUPPORTING SALES AND MARKETING INITIATIVES.
Job Description
  • - Sales Support & Coordination
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing regional sales performance and trends
  • Support the sales team with data reporting, customer communication, and follow-up coordination
  • Manage CRM tools and ensure data accuracy for lead tracking and customer interactions
  • Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards
  • - Operational Oversight
  • Coordinate inventory planning and distribution across regional locations
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries
  • Support showroom/store operations, including staffing coordination and supply management
  • Assist with new location openings, events, and promotional activities
  • -Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Coordinate inventory planning, purchasing, and distribution across East Region locations
  • Track incoming shipments and coordinate with 3PL warehouses and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate stock records and optimize stock levels for showrooms and events
  • -Vendor & Partner Management
  • Assist in onboarding and registering new vendors/distributors through internal and external systems (e.g., Best Buy, QVC, etc.)
  • Prepare and manage documentation required for partner registration, compliance, and contracts
  • Collaborate with partners on logistics, billing, and operational setup
  • - Marketing & Promotion Support
  • Support execution of promotional campaigns and product launches across retail locations
  • Coordinate distribution of marketing materials, signage, and digital content to partners
  • Assist with planning and set up for regional events, roadshows, and showroom activities
  • -Administrative & Strategic Support
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the leadership team
  • Support cross-functional initiatives in sales strategy, store performance, and team coordination
  • Support vendor and partner communication (e.g. contractors, suppliers, landlords)
  • Help develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage scheduling, meeting documentation, and internal communications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum 2?4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, operations, retail management, sales coordination, or partner management
  • * Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred
