Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts during core business hours (typically late morning through early evening). Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
Openings: 3 positions available supporting different U.S. time zones.
Position Overview
We are seeking customer-focused professionals to support live order operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for managing active orders, assisting customers and service providers, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage live orders and ensure service providers are assigned appropriately
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations
  • Process refunds, order cancellations, and account updates
  • Follow established support workflows and escalation procedures
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and account-related questions
  • Accurately document interactions and resolutions
  • Monitor active orders and troubleshoot issues impacting completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support daily logistics operations

Required Qualifications
  • Previous call center, customer service, or support experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling customer concerns and escalations
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Experience with data entry

Pay and Benefits
