Advanced C4 Solutions LLC is currently seeking a Logistics Fulfillment and Deployment Manager to join their team in Washington, DC. The Logistics Fulfillment and Deployment Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing global deployment, logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, and implementation activities supporting the GMOS program. The position oversees shipping and receiving operations, hardware staging and testing, deployment scheduling, worldwide hardware and software installations, inventory coordination, transportation planning, and logistics support to more than 350 domestic and overseas facilities.

The manager coordinates closely with Government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant deployment of enterprise IT solutions. Ability to travel domestically and internationally in support of worldwide deployment requirements. Desired Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) (acceptable - project coordination for deployments) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) (acceptable - supply chain management) Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) (acceptable - logistics management) ITIL 4 Foundation (acceptable - ITSM alignment per TOR H.2) CompTIA Security+ (recommended - DoS security compliance for equipment handling) Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Transportation Certification (recommended - international shipping compliance) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (acceptable - process improvement for warehouse operations) Must Have Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years managing deployment, logistics, fulfillment, or enterprise implementation programs

Experience managing shipping, receiving, warehousing, staging, and worldwide deployment activities. Experience planning and coordinating large-scale IT hardware deployments. Experience managing deployment schedules and resource planning.

Experience coordinating cross-functional implementation teams. Experience managing logistics vendors and transportation activities. Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure deployments.

Experience developing deployment documentation, metrics, and status reporting. Desired Experience: Department of State experience. Global IT deployments.
