A well-established transportation and logistics organization is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the safe and efficient movement of critical products throughout the United States. This position serves as the central point of communication between operations teams, customers, field personnel, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of daily logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Scheduling
  • Coordinate daily schedules for multiple transportation assets across various locations.
  • Monitor and update logistics management systems to ensure accurate operational data.
  • Coordinate loading and delivery activities with terminals, vendors, and operational partners.
  • Communicate schedule updates and operational information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support maintenance planning and operational scheduling requirements.
Customer & Partner Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and business partners.
  • Provide timely updates on schedules, deliveries, and operational status.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with customers to meet service expectations and delivery objectives.
Operational Support
  • Maintain real-time communication with field operations personnel.
  • Assist in resolving operational challenges and service interruptions.
