We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Fontana, CA. This position is primarily responsible for managing communication with our trucking vendors and ensuring the timely coordination of shipments. The role also involves light customer service, including order updates and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule daily shipment-related tasks with trucking vendors.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Track shipments and proactively address any delays or issues.
  • Manage vendor performance and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics plans with business needs.
  • Provide shipment updates and basic support to customers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and communications.
  • Assist in resolving any transportation or delivery issues.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Chinese.
