Customer Service Associate – Transportation & Logistics
Location: Springdale, AR 72764 (Onsite)
Pay: $21/hour (W2)
Duration: 3 months (possible extension or hire)
Shift: Wed–Fri + every other Sat, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to serve as the key link between carriers, customers, and sales teams. In this role, you’ll manage assigned accounts, resolve shipping and scheduling issues, and ensure smooth delivery operations. Success in this position comes from building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and finding cost-effective, creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between Supply Chain and assigned external customers.

  • Manage all aspects of the account relationship, including responding to high-volume emails (300+ daily) and resolving issues quickly.

  • Use dispatch systems (TES, LME, Four Kites, OTR) and scheduling platforms (Retailix, Retail Link, UNFI, One Network, etc.) to coordinate and problem-solve.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and systems, as well as customer processes and requirements.

  • Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to address delivery challenges.

  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in transportation/logistics.

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in transportation or logistics (beyond general customer service).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
