The mission of the Global Logistics team is to deliver Everyday Luxury through the global transportation of goods.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Global Logistics team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the end-to-end movement of goods across all channels, including inbound freight, surface logistics, and retail and eComm fulfillment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Aritzia's air and sea freight network, driving the efficient, reliable, and cost-effective movement of goods from origin to destination. THE ROLE

As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, Logistics, you will:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

  • Execute best-in-class air and freight, shipping, and delivery set-up

  • Execute the best possible logistics experience for our customers

  • Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business

  • Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Specialist / Specialist, Logistics, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience, including:

    • LTL/FTL ground, air and parcel freight shipping across North America

    • Transportation RFPs and service provider evaluations

    • New store openings and complex logistics initiatives across multiple destination types

    • Coordinating multiple concurrent projects and priorities

    • Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

    • Clear and effective verbal and written communication

  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles

  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
