  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as required.
  • Support the development and documentation of new logistics processes as the business grows.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP systems is considered an asset.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment is an asset.
