Logistics Coordinator

Full-time | On-site | Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary 

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to the distribution department. This role involves coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities, handling documentation, and ensuring efficient transportation workflows. 

Key Responsibilities 

Outbound Logistics: 

  • Prepare shipping documentation and arrange transport with carriers. 

  • Review and approve freight-related invoices and charges. 

  • Monitor timely deliveries from warehouses to end customers. 

  • Manage freight claims, shipping discrepancies, and analyze accuracy KPIs. 

  • Coordinate the scheduling of container movements to and from warehouses. 

  • Build and release shipments from third-party logistics (3PL) facilities and coordinate with 3PL providers. 

Inbound Logistics: 

  • Schedule and oversee inbound shipments to ensure timely arrival.
