Job description

NPW is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Logistics Associate I to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficiency in warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will assist with a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving and shipping products, loading and unloading inventory, stocking merchandise, and accurately fulfilling customer orders. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • No prior warehouse experience required; training provided
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Accurately pick orders using numeric and alphanumeric part numbers
  • Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to schedule
  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently
  • Empty trash and maintain general warehouse cleanliness on a daily basis
  • Follow instructions and complete assignments as directed by warehouse leadership
  • Meet productivity and quality expectations while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
