Summary:  
Under Warehouse Lead’s direction pick and stage materials for production, record inventory movement transactions using bar code scanners, maintaining computerized inventory control and confirm inventory levels and accuracy through cycle counts 
Essential Functions:
  • Accurately pull parts from pick tickets and stages materials for production. 
  • Accurately maintain computerized inventory control records over product movement from one location to another. 
  • Safely operate various pieces of warehouse equipment (Cherry Pickers, Forklifts etc). 
  • Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed. 
  • Communicate issues regarding part discrepancies to the Warehouse Lead. 
  • Actively participate as a member of the team to move the team toward completion of goals. 
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as may be directed by the Warehouse Lead. 
  • Operates/Drives box truck for parts transport and pickup (Will require MVR-Motor Vehicle Record check, DOT Physical, and Defensive Driver Class) 
  • Performs additional duties as assigned. 
Qualifications/Skills:
Require: 
  • GED or High School Diploma. 
  • Proficient understanding of basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide) 
  • At least 6 months experience operating a forklift or reach truck. 
  • Possess strong interpersonal and customer relation skills 
  • Working knowledge of MRP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word and Outlook 
  • Ability to be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines 
  • Must pass background check and drug test 
Prefer: 
  • At least one year of warehouse experience preferred. 
Safety/Physical requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. 
  • Requires bending, stooping, and standing. 
  • Must be able to stand from six (6) to eight (8) hours per day. (Overtime may extend time period.) 
  • Good visual and spatial perception. 
  • Follow established safety policies including, but not limited to, mobile equipment, PPE, emergency response, HAZCOM, first-aid response, etc. 
  • Forklift and Crane Operation (after training)
