Job description

Logistic Analyst – MMIII

Tope is seeking a Logistic Analyst to support the AF Strategic Program Engineering Services team in support of the world's most complex technical challenges for the current Intercontinental Ballistic Missile weapon system. The selected applicant will join an interdisciplinary team supporting the effort. Chosen candidate will be part of a tight-knit team charged with supporting the Parts Engineering team of MMIII. Helps coordinate the execution of DMSMS Management Team (DMT) processes and the development of DMT management products. This includes, for example, assessing obsolescence forecasts, processing business case analyses, and presenting solution options to the DMT for discussion and concurrence.

Position requires a fully adjudicated DoD Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance, at least 4 years’ experience with:

· Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) case-tracking

· DMSMS Management Team (DMT) processes and the development of DMT products

· Works with DMSMS case-tracking system in SharePoint environment

· Supports part selection criteria and impacts on DMSMS resilience

· Management of over ten’s-of-thousands of parts for DMSMS management

· Coordination across multiple stakeholders in support of DMSMS management

· Identify, prioritize, and recommend part solutions

· Provides management and customer with logistics data.

· Interprets data item descriptions and related instructions for impact on logistic support

· Contributes to quality reports for transmittal to the customer

Other skills desired are:

· ICBM Logistics experience

· Interpreting government and industry directives, standards, data item descriptions and related instructions for impact on integrated logistic support procedures

· Bachelor’s degree in logistics, technical writing or related discipline
