Job Description
As an Account Executive on the Toyota Dealer Association business, you will work closely with the Regional TDA Account Management and Media Teams.
Success for this position is measured by the ability to ensure all account management fundamentals are flawlessly executed, so that the team is buttoned up and can function as seamlessly as possible across all projects. It is imperative this person is detail-oriented, a team player and is positive!
Responsibilities
  • Attends client, internal and partner meetings.
  • Management of the following tasks:
    • Social jobs/trafficking.
    • Email communications.
    • Radio jobs/trafficking.
    • Point of sale production/install.
    • Sales & registration competitive analysis.
    • TDA partnership & activations including off-site promotions, ticketing, vehicle logistics, stadium assets, etc.
    • Client communications: dealer group and Board.
    • Monthly Client meeting logistics.
    • Website QA.
  • Assists Account Supervisor and Management Director with various client deliverables.
  • Assists Management Director with Client meeting preparation and logistics.
  • Assists Account Supervisor with client financial responsibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years agency or client facing account service experience
  • Position is hybrid, with in-office time required.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and Keynote.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client contact will be involved, and an understanding of the Client's business is essential.
  • Highly detail oriented.
  • Professionalism and positive, can-do attitude throughout all tasks big and small
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and thorough
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understands how to prioritize tasks across multiple projects
  • Meeting preparedness and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Eager to learn & take on new responsibilities; looks for opportunities to support team and business wherever possible
  • Proactively seeks solutions to problems, but knows when to ask for help/guidance

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
