Position Summary
Develops strategic sales plans to promote, protect, and diversify relationships with new and existing business partners.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Targets and establishes new accounts for revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of strategic sales goals.
  • Communicates with business partners on a regular cadence to ensure client satisfaction and promote contract renewal.
  • Identifies and executes situations requiring effective negotiation skills.
  • Develops client retention growth plans and strategies for evolving a profitable business.
  • Reviews and reports on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals.
  • Serves as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: $61,700.00 - $76,200.00 annually, based on experience. This position is bonus eligible.
