- Responsible for leading the startup and overall management of a new warehouse operation, including layout design, process development, inventory control, and team leadership.
- Oversees warehouse functions such as receiving, storage, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Drives operational efficiency through KPI monitoring, SAP-based inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations management.
- Experience in warehouse start-up or new facility setup.
- Strong experience with SAP for inventory management and logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse processes.
- Experience in team leadership and workforce management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead startup of warehouse operations including layout design and process setup.
- Develop SOPs, policies, and workflows for warehouse operations.
- Manage receiving, storage, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Oversee SAP-based inventory management including material setup, transactions, and reconciliation.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and organizational policies.
- Lead and develop warehouse team members and promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor warehouse performance using KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, and space utilization.
- Conduct risk assessments and support process improvements based on findings.
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure proper documentation and controls.
- Collaborate with logistics providers and internal teams for timely deliveries.
- Support audits and ensure governance across warehouse operations.
Should Have:
