Denver Cold Storage, Inc. is a third-party logistics warehouse providing frozen, refrigerated, and ambient storage solutions along with nationwide temperature-controlled transportation through Denver Logistics, LLC.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the entire warehouse team and overseeing day to day operations. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring the highest level of service for our of Denver Cold's customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage day-to-day inventory and shipments of all orders.
  • Manage the daily schedules of the trucks and dock operations
  • Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to warehouse supervisors
  • Coordinate with upper management on shifting priorities and customer needs
  • Upkeep with plant equipment and training of new staff
  • Provide leadership and development to warehouse staff
QUALIFICATIONS amp; EXPERIENCE
  • Prior management/leadership experience in a warehousing environment
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics environment
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or similar operational environments required
  • Strong problem solving, project management, organization, and communication skills
