Boyd's Fredericksburg, VA design center is developing innovative thermal Cooling Distribution Units (CDU) for the AI and Data Center industry. We are seeking to grow our multi-disciplined team with a talented Logistics/Warehouse Manager. If you are a motivated and self-starter interested in turning concepts into great global products, we are looking forward to you joining our team.

The Logistics/Warehouse Manager is part of the product development team and is responsible for design center logistics and warehouse management. In this position you will be responsible for supply chain management, shipping/receiving, carrier selection and coordination, inventory management, inventory organization and storage, and prototype inventory readiness support.

General Responsibilities

The Logistics/Warehouse Manager will be a member of a multi-discipled engineering team providing innovative thermal products for the AI and Data Center industries. The position is responsible for site level logistics and warehouse inventory organization, data collection, and process management.

The role will include:

Coordinating inbound and outbound shipping logistics for domestic and international shipments, including packaging procurement and disposal.

Organize warehouse, part labeling, part kitting, and shipment processing.

Coordinating with buyers and engineering development team to track part arrival.

Supervise inventory audit and organization for efficient product assembly and test.

Manage product shutdown for inventory disposal or restocking.

Maintains warehouse condition by planning and implementing new design layouts.

Safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy material using forklift, dollies, and straps.

Ability to lift over 50lbs regularly, stand, bend, and kneel.

Experience / Qualifications

5+ years experience in logistics and warehouse operation.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or test center.

Minimum of high school diploma, 2-year associates degree of 4-year bachelor degree preferred.

Forklift certification preferred.

Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.

Proficient with MS Office based software tools.
