Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs and operational demands. This is an on-site leadership position requiring flexibility to support warehouse operations as needed.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, equipment management, and warehouse personnel. This role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and compliance with company and industry standards while supporting the organization's logistics and relocation operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
  • Ensure inbound shipments are processed, weighed, and documented in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments while maintaining accurate shipping and inventory records.
  • Conduct routine inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Oversee the maintenance and safe operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.
  • Maintain warehouse documentation, including shipment records, weight tickets, and inventory reports.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments when necessary.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse employees to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with operations, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or warehouse management experience.
  • Experience in the moving, transportation, logistics, warehousing, or distribution industry preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing teams in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and operational reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Regular operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
