SAP EWM Consultant


Are you an experienced SAP professional passionate about transforming logistics and supply chain processes? Join our dynamic team as an SAP EWM Consultant and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that streamline warehouse management and logistics operations. This onsite contractor position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA systems, supporting some of the most complex enterprise environments in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

In this pivotal role, you will provide Tier 2 and 3 application support for SAP EWM modules, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with business users to enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will directly impact our client's logistics processes, from inventory management to handling complex integrations with production, quality, and transportation modules. Bring your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to a collaborative team committed to ongoing modernization and process excellence.


Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay: 75+ per hour/ based on experience

Position Type: Consultant (W2 contract only, must be authorized to work in the US)


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, including configuration and functional design
  • Deep understanding of all EWM processes โ€” inbound, outbound, internal warehouse activities
  • 5+ years of S/4HANA experience, with knowledge of integration points such as S4-PP, S4-QM, S4-EAM, and SAP TM
  • Proven ability to support logistics execution systems and handle incident/problem management effectively
  • Experience working with distributed offshore and nearshore teams
  • Ability to work onsite or travel daily to client locations in Foster City or the San Francisco Bay Area


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with SAP ASAP and Agile project methodologies
  • Experience with additional modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, or EAM
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and offshore teams


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant technical discipline
  • 5+ years of SAP WM/EWM expertise, with specific focus on logistics processes and SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Practical experience working within diverse and dynamic technical teams


Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel regularly to client sites in Foster City or San Francisco Bay Area
  • Willingness to work onsite and participate in regular client engagement activities
  • Ability to prioritize and independently manage multiple technical projects
