Job description

Caring Transitions of Euless is looking for an Operations and Logistics Manager to join our team in our North Richland Hills office. This person will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts.  The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Account Manager is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.

Key Responsibilities
 

Project & Field Execution Responsibilities

  • Manage estate sale, moving, and auction projects from initial client consult through completion
  • Create and execute job plans including timelines, staffing, logistics, and inventory flow
  • Perform on-site assessments and lead physical execution of estate cleanouts and moves
  • Assist with packing, organizing, lifting, and transporting client belongings as needed
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction
  • Coordinate multiple moving parts across sales, labor, logistics, and customer communication


Hands-On Field Work Required
  • This is a working manager role, not a desk-only position 
  • Regular physical activity required, including lifting, moving, sorting, and packing household items
  • Must be comfortable working in homes, estates, and auction environments 
  • Occasional evenings, weekends, and extended hours based on project demands 
  • Must be willing to step into any role needed to complete the job (sales, labor, logistics, or coordination)

· Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve business objectives and maintain high performance standards.

· Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth through strategic planning and business development initiatives.

· Drive sales efforts, foster client relationships, and contribute to revenue expansion.

· Quickly access and oversee various operational areas and staff functions to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate positive client interactions.

· Assist with post-sale shipping processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

· Organize and manage warehouse operations, maintaining order, safety, and inventory accuracy.

· Oversee office management, including administrative processes and workflow optimization.

· Utilize technology effectively for communication, data management, and operational efficiency.

· Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company services and communicate offerings clearly to clients and team members.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

· 3 to 5 years of management experience in a professional environment.

· Proven track record in business development and sales.

· Ability to quickly adapt and access various staff areas as needed.

· Reliable transportation for supply transport and operational needs.

· Strong proficiency with office and warehouse management systems and technology platforms.

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Experience assisting with post-sale shipping and logistics.
