Job description

Job SummarySEACORP is seeking Logisticians at variouslevels to manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and property in directsupport of the Government Property Manager. The GFE Logistician isresponsible for developing, initiating, and managing all logistics actionsassociated with the lifecycle management of Tactical Navigation systems andrelated equipment. This role requires exercising independentjudgment to direct the integrated logistics process, ensuring that all GFEproperty is accounted for, maintained, and allocated in strict accordance withcustomer contracts and federal regulations.

Job Responsibilities Include: 

GFE Property Management & Oversight:

  • Direct the availability, allocation, and tracking of GFE materials, supplies, and finished products.
  • Assess and maintain comprehensive inventory records, tracking supply and demand metrics to monitor trend performance and accountability.
  • Protect and control proprietary materials and government property through rigorous oversight.
  • Review available resources, such as commercial technical manuals and spec sheets, to identify replacement parts or alternative component sources for GFE systems.
  • Plan and execute logistics support activities including maintenance planning, repair analysis, and providing test equipment recommendations for GFE.

Project Coordination & Reporting:

  • Maintain positive business relationships with key customer personnel and government property managers [cite: 27].
  • Provide technical data analysis and provisioning services to support project management tools, work plans, and compliance matrices.
  • Communicate the status of all project plans, inventory progress, and results to program leadership, highlighting critical GFE issues in a timely fashion.
  • Conduct analysis of logistics performance against benchmarks and service agreements, providing recommendations for procedural optimization.
  • Prepare and implement directives to ensure effective logistics support and ensure the workforce is properly equipped to handle GFE property.

Communication & Collaboration:
