Logistics Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Analyst who will support the AN/SQQ-89(V) system technical requirements for US Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the NAVSEA Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS 5). The Logistics Analyst is responsible for understanding the impacts on product support deliverables, and how they can support the Logistics Team.
Logistics Analyst Responsibilities:
• Review ECPs, ECs and other documents and determine their impact on logistics products
• Support Logistics team in development of logistics products
• Understand connection between Configuration Management and other logistics products (maintenance planning, supply support, engineering changes, etc.)
• Participate in design reviews
Logistics Analyst Required Skills :
• Work closely with AN/SQQ-89(V) SMEs to maintain logistics records, databases, tracking systems, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accountability, and audit readiness.
• Work independently, engage SMEs when needed.
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills.
Logistics Analyst Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS SharePoint, and Logistics Information Systems.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
