The Undersea Technology Portfolio, within SPA's Sea, Land, & Air Division, conducts rigorous and objective analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions, plans, and strategies to deliver emerging technologies and warfighting capabilities. We support clients across the undersea, naval special warfare, and expeditionary warfare enterprises, including those within resourcing and requirements, acquisition, and science and technology.

Responsibilities
The Logistics Analyst will support NAVSEA's PMS 340 office by coordinating logistics planning, maintaining configuration and supply data, and ensuring integrated product support across the program's lifecycle. This role assists with developing logistics documentation, tracking maintenance and sustainment requirements, analyzing readiness impacts, and collaborating with engineering, acquisition, and Fleet stakeholders to ensure PMS 340 systems remain fully supportable and mission-ready.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma
  • 2 years of logistics or sustainment experience
  • Experience supporting DoD or Navy logistics functions, including supply, maintenance, or configuration management
  • Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher)

Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with NAVSEA logistics processes, ILS elements, or PMS 340 mission areas
  • Experience with Navy data systems such as CDMD-OA, NTCSS, or other logistics information systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to support briefings and documentation development
