Summary: • Develop and maintain secure cloud infrastructure and networking solutions. • Administer version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering SaaS tools. • Provide comprehensive system administration, including monitoring, patching, and updates. • Support physical lab environments, network configurations, and developer workstations. • Manage High Performance Computing (HPC) resources and database systems. Qualifications & Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 5+ years • Salary: $254k+ yearly compensation Job Description: • Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure using CDK (TypeScript) and scripting, including configuration and management of cloud-based networking services and architectures. • Configure and maintain a logically isolated classified development environment within the AWS Secret Cloud region. • Monitor system health and perform routine patching and software updates across all hosted services. • Administer the GitLab repository, including user access, pipelines, and version control management. • Manage engineering SaaS tools such as SolidWorks, Altium, Cameo, and ANSYS HPC including licensing and updates. • Support physical lab connectivity, network switch configuration, KVM architecture, and developer workstations. • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, database administration and client server applications • Strong working knowledge of both Linux and Windows operating systems, with expertise in Linux command-line operations, shell scripting, and system administration • Prefer Arlington, VA or Herdon, VA, but would except Jessup, MD with occasional travel.
