Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Multi-Function Electronic Warfare (MFEW) Intelligence Specialist II to join our team in Camp Lejeune, NC.Founded in 1992, Predicate Logic is a woman-owned, employee-owned, high technology engineering service company. Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake, Virginia, specializing in communications engineering, training, and Cybersecurity, and in Charleston, South Carolina, supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.SECURITY CLEARANCE:Applicant must hold an active Department of War (DoW) personnel security clearance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the collecting, processing, analysis, and evaluation of information at the tactical levels ISO sustainment efforts.Perform advanced installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of tactical ground communication systems, aviation command and control electronics, air defense radars, data systems, and radio/telecom infrastructure.Diagnose complex electronic, RF, digital, and radar systems using advanced circuit theory, signal flow analysis, and field level fault isolation techniques.Provide expert sustainment and technical support for USMC Multi-Function Electronic Warfare (MFEW) systems, including Modi II backpack EW architecture and the Modi Vehicle Power Adapter II (MVPA II).Conduct system-level evaluations, RF performance testing, calibration, and configuration validation across MFEW.Lead installation and upgrade efforts for dismounted and vehicle mounted EW systems.Serve as the senior on-site technical authority for electronic systems maintenance, ensuring maximum readiness and operational uptime in field environments.Train and mentor junior technicians, Marines, and customer personnel on proper system operation, electronic warfare fundamentals, troubleshooting methodology, and equipment best practices.Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, maintenance plans, troubleshooting guides, and system improvement recommendations.Manage technical reporting, maintenance logs, failure analysis, and configuration management documentation for fielded electronic and EW systems.Support fielding events, lifecycle sustainment, deployment operations, and rapid technical response missions for MFEW and other advanced tactical systems.Ensure compliance with military standards, system safety requirements, cybersecurity guidelines, and OEM documentation in all maintenance actions.Utilize advanced electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF generators, radar diagnostics tools, and digital multimeters for system-level fault isolation.Interface with engineering teams, OEM representatives, and program sustainment staff (e.g., Sierra Nevada Corporation, Marine Corps Systems Command) to communicate system performance trends and support continuous improvement.Coordinate and engage with senior leadership and Program Management Offices (PMOs) across Marine Corps Systems Command and contractor partners to ensure MFEW sustainment, fielding priorities, and technical decisions remain aligned with strategic program objectives.Serve as the senior technical liaison to executive stakeholders and PMO leadership, translating field-level MFEW operational data into actionable decisions that influence program strategy, sustainment cycles, and capability enhancements.EXPERIENCE:Eleven (11) years of progressive electronics maintenance experience, preferably within USMC MOS 2800 or 5900 occupational fields.Demonstrated mastery of ground communications, radar systems, aviation communications, electronic warfare systems, and C2 network architectures.Extensive hands-on experience supporting MFEW systems, Modi II, MVPA II, or similar counter-RCIED and counters-UAS EW platforms.Expert-level ability to read schematics, interpret technical manuals, perform circuit-level diagnostics, and troubleshoot RF/digital electronics.Proven ability to operate independently in field conditions and act as the senior technical decision-maker during critical sustainment operations.Strong communication skills for customer interaction, executive briefings, reporting, and technical documentation.Familiarity with DoD maintenance processes, configuration management, cybersecurity practices, and defense logistics.Proficiency with advanced electronic test equipment used for RF, digital, and radar diagnostics.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree or completion of formal Military intelligence training.Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). This requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND and SSCP.
