What are Lodge Chiefs?

A Lodge Chief is the youth leader elected to oversee the operations and activities of a local lodge within the Order of the Arrow, which is the National Honor Society of the Boy Scouts of America. The Lodge Chief is responsible for leading meetings, planning events, and representing the lodge at regional and national levels. They work closely with adult advisors and other youth officers to ensure the lodge runs smoothly and fulfills its mission of service, leadership, and brotherhood.
