Job description

Locus Robotics is a global leader in warehouse automation, delivering unmatched flexibility, unlimited throughput, and actionable intelligence to optimize operations. Powered by LocusONE, an AI-driven platform, our advanced autonomous mobile robots seamlessly integrate into existing warehouse environments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and scale operations with ease.

Trusted by over 150 industry-leading retail, healthcare, 3PL, and industrial brands across more than 350 sites worldwide, Locus enables warehouse operators to achieve rapid ROI, minimize labor costs, and continuously improve productivity. Our industry-first Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) model ensures ongoing innovation, scalability, and cost-effectiveness without the burden of significant capital investments, with proven capabilities across diverse workflows, from picking and replenishment to sorting and pack-out.

In this role, you will design and deliver endtoend Salesforce solutions across Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing), Field Service, and Experience Cloud (Customer Community) that power scalable revenue operations and exceptional customer experience. You will drive fulllifecycle implementations - from discovery and solution design through configuration, custom development, data migration, testing, and golive-while partnering closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and administrators. Your work will translate complex requirements into highquality, welltested solutions that accelerate sales performance, improve field service efficiency, and enable intuitive customer selfservice.

This hybrid role is based in our Wilmington office, with a requirement to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing), Field Service, and Experience Cloud, owning the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Implement and configure CPQ product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows, including data migration of existing product catalogs and pricing models.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce Billing processes including invoice generation, payment processing, revenue recognition schedules, and usage-based billing models, ensuring successful cutover from legacy billing systems.
  • Implement and optimize Field Service components including service appointments, work orders, scheduling policies, dispatching logic, territory management, and mobile flows for field technicians, from initial rollout through ongoing enhancements.
  • Implement and enhance Experience Cloud (Customer Community) sites from the ground up, including custom Lightning Web Components, self-service portals, knowledge base integration, case management workflows, and branding/theming.
  • Write clean, well-documented Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components following Salesforce development best practices.
  • Create and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools.
  • Develop and execute unit tests to maintain adequate code coverage and ensure solution reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design sessions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
  • Plan and execute data migration strategies for module implementations, including legacy system mapping, data cleansing, validation, and cutover planning.
  • Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, support end-user training, and drive post-implementation hypercare and stabilization.
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation including solution design documents, configuration workbooks, and runbooks.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years of direct implementation experience with "Revenue Cloud" (Salesforce CPQ and/or Billing), including at least one full-cycle implementation from design through go-live.
  • Hands-on implementation experience with Field Service Lightning, including end-to-end configuration of scheduling, dispatching, territory management, mobile optimization, and go-live support.
  • Proven implementation experience building Experience Cloud (Customer Community) sites from scratch or performing major redesigns, with a focus on customer-facing portals, self-service functionality, and user adoption.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model (sharing rules, profiles, permission sets), and governor limits.
  • Experience with declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and approval processes.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations and event-driven architecture on the Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist, or Field Service Consultant certification strongly preferred.

Locus Robotics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The expected base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $165,000 annually, based on external market data, plus bonus and equity.  Actual offers will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience, education, training, key or critical skills, geographic location, and current market and business conditions
