Job description

CRNA Locum Coverage Needed in Coastal Maine


We are seeking a qualified CRNA for a full-time locum position starting ASAP. This contract is 13 weeks with the possibility to extend. 6+month commitment is possible and subsequent coverage is likely.


Position Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP (ideally available to start within 30-45 days)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4 shifts per week (10-hour shifts with rotating day off)
  • Supervision: Supervised by Anesthesiologist
  • Setting: Inpatient, NO call
  • Case Types: Bread and butter only (no neurosurgery, cardiac, spine, OB, trauma, etc.)
  • CRNA to Anesthesiologist Ratio: 2 CRNAs to 1 Anesthesiologist
  • Credentialing: 60-90 days
  • EMR: Epic

Additional Info:

  • Pediatric cases (T&As, ear tubes) once per week for patients >1 year old, ASA 1-2
  • CRNAs cover elective/emergent C-sections (no labor epidurals
