Job description
We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Provider for a 4-month contract assignment providing care to adult employees and their dependents (ages 2+).
Position Highlights
- Start Date: August 3, 2026
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Patient Volume: 7–10 patients per day
- EMR: Athena
- Setting: Employer-based primary care clinic
- Dispensary: Yes
Schedule Rotation
- Rotation 1: Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, plus 2 Saturdays per month (9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
- Rotation 2: Monday 6:00 AM–10:00 AM, Tuesday–Friday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Administrative time and lunch breaks built into the schedule.
Practice Details
- Provide primary care services to patients ages 2+
- Women's Health experience required
