Full -Time Day in the Coastal Professional Nursing Resource Team – Expand Your Skills with a Supportive, Dynamic Team

The Regional Resource Team offers a dynamic and collaborative environment built on trust, adaptability, and professional growth. Nurses Aides in this department demonstrate a high level of autonomy and accountability as they support multiple units and diverse patient populations. Team members are empowered to make sound clinical decisions, manage their assignments independently, and adapt quickly to changing needs. Leadership is engaged and supportive, fostering an environment that values initiative, critical thinking, and excellence in patient care. The Coastal PNRT is ideal for nurses who take pride in their independence, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a variety of clinical settings.

  • Schedule: 6:45am - 7:15pm, Day Shift, Full-Time (Shift Differential; Float Pool Differential)

  • Department: Coastal Professional Nursing Resource Team

  • Location: 5 Locations

  • Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center

What You'll Do

  • Education: High School or GED, required.

  • Experience: One year in an acute hospital setting, required.

  • Licensure/Certification: NA I, required.

  • Additional Skills/Requirements (required):

  • Basic computer skills for documentation.

  • De-Escalation Techniques

  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire
