Job description

Description
We are looking for a General Manager, the top leadership role at the studio, to own the day-to-day performance of our boutique functional fitness studio (former CrossFit Affiliate) and lead us to the next level of growth and member results.
You will be responsible for four things:
  • Hitting revenue targets for group, personal, and semi-private training.
  • Driving member retention and engagement.
  • Hiring, leading, and developing the coaching team.
  • Coaching no more than 15-20 hours per week so you can prioritize leadership, sales, and operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operations, sales, and light coaching. If you love developing people, solving problems, and being accountable for real numbers, you'll thrive here. Our current GM is relocating in less than 30 days, so we're hiring with urgency and will move fast for the right person.
If you want to lead a tight-knit team, own real numbers, and impact entire families' health, apply with your resume and a brief note on why you're the right GM for 3xF.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop coaches to support growth.
โ€ข Lead, coach, and hold the staff accountable through 1:1s and team meetings.
โ€ข Run coach onboarding and semi-annual performance evaluations with clear, actionable feedback.
โ€ข Build and manage the monthly coaching schedule; ensure class coverage and smooth operations.
โ€ข Own member retention: run Quarterly Strategy Sessions, monitor attendance, and proactively save at-risk members.
โ€ข Own core KPIs: membership count, PT / semi-private revenue, group revenue, and churn.
โ€ข Conduct sales consultations for new prospects and prescribe the right mix of services based on goals and obstacles.
โ€ข Support onboarding of new clients through 1-on-1 sessions.
โ€ข Maintain the facility to a high standard: equipment, cleaning staff, and supplies.
โ€ข Enforce SOPs across all programs to keep delivery consistent and scalable.
Qualifications
โ€ข Current fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA, ANSI, NFPT, CF L2 or similar).
โ€ข Experience with CrossFit or functional fitness.
โ€ข 2+ years managing people (preferably in fitness or service).
โ€ข Proven track record of ownership and working autonomously.
โ€ข Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
โ€ข Excellent organization and time management.
โ€ข Sales experience in a consultative environment.
โ€ข Comfortable using CRM and basic reporting tools.
