Job description

Long term Weekend Locum Gastroenterology Locum San Antonio, TX Client has a weekend call only locum over next 6 months. Position schedule begins each 5PM Friday and coverage completes at 7 AM Monday. Estimated timeframe is Dec/Jan start and May/June 2023 completion.

Physician will have handoff from M-F provider on Friday evening, cover the urgent and emergent GI procedures and unassigned ER and inpatient needs. On Monday morning, provider will report/debrief to that provider to provide continuity of care. Position would cover urgent and emergent GI procedures as needed, as well as unassigned ER and inpatient needs.

REQUIRED: BC/BE and Texas licensed, Fellowship is required, ACLS and BLS, with NPDB evaluation. Interested? Apply today!
