  • 5 days per week Monday - Friday, 1 Saturday per month
  • 8 am - 5 pm shifts with 1 hour lunch
  • 18 - 21 patients per day
  • Family medicine practice
  • Full scope family medicine including wellness and sick visits
  • Adult medicine focus with diabetes and asthma care
  • 1+ years FQHC experience required
  • Hospital privileges required
