Online apps, also known as web applications, are software programs that run on remote servers and are accessed through a web browser over the internet. Unlike traditional desktop applications, online apps do not require installation on your local device. They can be used for a wide variety of purposes such as email, document editing, project management, and more. Online apps are popular because they are accessible from any device with an internet connection, and updates or new features are automatically available to all users.

You'll also document user-reported bugs, provide training or guidance to end-users, and help implement software updates or patches. Communication skills are essential, as you'll interact regularly with both users and technical staff to ensure the smooth operation of online applications.
